situation

on the outskirts of the industry zone of bassecourt for a credit card manufacturer from eastern europe a production- office- and representation building (including showroom) was intended to arise in which the high end products are manufactured. the cards decorated with noble metal and gems are armed by the manufacturer with the individual customer chips. therefore the safety and discretion was highly weighted. it ought to be impossible to look into the rooms (production and office) from the outside. simultaneous presentations of the assortment are held there, too. therefore the building should also have a  representative character.

the solution

with a consequent division of production and office/representation a likewise functional and representative composition took place. in order that working inside the building was  possible with natural light and visibility to the outside mirror glass was inserted.

thereby it was possible to design the office and representation wing in a filigree steel construction fully glazed in shape of a diamond. because of the chosen glass the view from outside in is impossible so it meets the requirements of safety and discretion completely. due to an illuminated front by night there is no inside view.

the production shed is if needed without problems or any limitation expandable towards the river. the complete infra supply is carried out by the “technology bus” (technology room) at the roof and can be elongated in case of expansion. the “technology bus” eases the attendance and the maintenance of the infrastructure. on the floor space are no checkpoints to afford the highest peak of flexibility during  layout. due to the static appliance fixed at the “technology bus” a gap of twenty meters between the shoring can be carried out to facilitate the layout further. a filigree static sunscreen allows additional protection of potential unwarranted insight.

With a filigree link between the fully glazed office wing and the production shed an agile general view was created which enhanced the complete industrial accommodation.
